The ATP Indian Wells semi-finals lineup for 2025 is complete, consisting of Carlos Alcaraz, Jack Draper, Holger Rune and Daniil Medvedev.
Alcaraz achieved an Indian Wells record after beating Francisco Cerundolo in straight sets, as he bids to win a third consecutive title at the Masters 1000 tournament.
The last two years the final has consisted of Alcaraz and Medvedev, who is seeking history of his own at Indian Wells this year.
That final is still on course to happen again, with Medvedev providing a unique celebration after winning his quarter-final against Arthur Fils.
While Alcaraz and Medvedev are familiar with the Indian Wells semi-finals, Draper and Rune have reached that milestone for the first time.

Carlos Alcaraz, Jack Draper and Holger Rune make tennis history at Indian Wells
After Alcaraz beat Cerundolo to complete the Indian Wells semi-final lineup, it confirmed that ATP history had been made.
Signalling the dawn of tennis moving into a new age, the 2025 edition of Indian Wells is the first Masters 1000 tournament to feature three or more semi-finalists born in the 21st century.
Despite being the only player of the three to be making his Masters 1000 debut, Draper is actually the oldest at 23-years-old.
Rune (April 2001) and Alcaraz (May 2001) are both 21-years-old, with there actually only six days between the two players.
Out of players born since 2000, world number one Jannik Sinner has won the most ATP titles ahead of Alcaraz.
The player born in the most recent year to win an ATP title is Joao Fonseca, who triumphed in Buenos Aires title just last month.
Carlos Alcaraz achieves ATP Masters 1000 record only bettered by Rafael Nadal
This was not the only record that Alcaraz was part of at Indian Wells, and has now won 16 consecutive matches in the Californian desert.
Alcaraz’s victory over Cerundolo was his 20th win at Indian Wells, having only played 22 to reach this milestone.
The 21-year-old’s only defeats at Indian Wells have come against the now retired Andy Murray (2021) and Rafael Nadal (2022).
Nadal is actually the only player to have reached this milestone in more dominant fashion, having only lost once before winning 20 matches at both the Monte Carlo Masters and the Italian Open.
Coincidentally, the only player to beat Nadal before getting his first 20 wins at the Italian Open was Alcaraz’s now coach Juan Carlos Ferrero.
Alcaraz will now look to reach a third successive Indian Wells final when he plays against British number one Jack Draper.
