Carlos Alcaraz had some special moments during the 2024 season and now he has selected his favourite.

The 21-year-old showed why he is set for a fantastic career by building on what he produced in the 2023 season.

He has four titles to his name in 2024 in addition to three wins over the World number one and his big rival Jannik Sinner.

Now the Spaniard looks to finish his season on a high by winning the ATP Finals in Turin for the first time in his career.

What is Carlos Alcaraz’s favourite moment from the 2024 season?

Some of Carlos Alcaraz’s biggest moments in 2024 was defending his titles at Indian Wells and Wimbledon.

He also made his debut at the Olympic Games, and claimed the silver medal after losing a titanic final to Novak Djokovic.

Alcaraz formed a dream doubles partnership with Rafael Nadal in the men’s doubles event, and they reached the quarter-finals.

But during an interview with Vogue, the World number three named winning his first French Open title as his favourite moment of 2024.

“Roland Garros. In the months before the tournament, I got injured and couldn’t practice as much as I wanted,” he said. “I went without any expectations—and ended up winning. It’s a real highlight.”

Can Carlos Alcaraz win the ATP Finals?

Alcaraz will begin his 2024 ATP Finals campaign against Casper Ruud on Monday afternoon. He will certainly fancy his chances given he has not lost any of his four previous contests against the Norwegian.

Alcaraz is one of the favourites to take the title in Turin, but recently his form has been somewhat inconsistent.

After Alcaraz defeated Sinner in a pulsating China Open final, he was defeated by Tomas Machac in Shanghai the following week.

Alcaraz has not played since the Paris Masters where he was upset by home favourite Ugo Humbert in the round of 16.

Despite his fluctuating form, at his best there is no player more destructive than Alcaraz, and playing against the world’s top eight players should bring the best out of him this week.
