Alex de Minaur should already have his sights set on more silverware despite only just winning the Rotterdam Open title.
De Minaur hailed his improved service as he clinched his first title of the season, having defeated Felix Auger-Aliassime in the final.
Auger-Aliassime received a heartfelt message from De Minaur after losing their final, in which the Australian triumphed 6-3, 6-2.
The Canadian will next take on another ATP 500 tournament in Dubai later this month, with De Minaur moving on to Acapulco at the same time.
Giving him a nice confidence boost, De Minaur is sixth in the world rankings following his success, but there are four other reasons why he should be confident of securing another trophy in Mexico.

Alex de Minaur is a two-time Acapulco champion
De Minaur now has 11 ATP titles to his name after winning the Rotterdam Open, which represents his first indoor title.
But two of his victories have come in Acapulco, with the Australian now chasing a third success after going all the way in 2023 and 2024.
He clearly knows what it takes to emerge victorious in Mexico, where the fans would undoubtedly love to see a three-time winner take to the stage.
Perseverance highlighted by Rotterdam Open title
De Minaur showcased all of his talent at the Rotterdam Open, where he knocked out the likes of Stan Wawrinka and Arthur Fils.
His strong mental game came to the fore as he battled through a tough draw, but it was more apparent in the long term.
He lost the 2024 Rotterdam final to Jannik Sinner, and suffered the exact same fate against Carlos Alcaraz in 2025, but finally got his hands on the trophy at the third time of asking.

Alex de Minaur heading for well-earned break before Acapulco
The packed ATP Tour calendar has already moved on from the Netherlands, with tournaments in Doha, Rio and Delray Beach.
Sinner and Alcaraz are currently in Doha for the Qatar Open, with the likes of Joao Fonseca and Taylor Fritz among those in Brazil and the USA respectively.
But De Minaur is taking a well-earned break from action this week, with Acapulco not starting until February 23rd, meaning he should be more than recovered and ready to go by then.
Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner lagging behind at ATP 500s
Alcaraz and Sinner have been the dominant players on the ATP Tour for some time now, with the pair in desperate need of a challenger.
Whether or not De Minaur can be that player remains to be seen, but he does impressively lead both of his rivals when it comes to a key ATP 500 statistic.
Since 2023, the Australian has picked up 53 wins at that level, more than any other player, with Alcaraz on 44 and Sinner on 43.
De Minaur should really be full of confidence right now and will want to keep riding that wave for as long as possible, and he has a great chance of doing exactly that in Acapulco.
In another boost for the Australian, neither Sinner nor Alcaraz has signed up to play in Mexico, while Lorenzo Musetti has just withdrawn from Acapulco.
