Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner could continue their rivalry at the French Open, having just met in the Italian Open final.
Sinner is the top seed at the 2025 French Open in Paris, and meets Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech in round one.
And Alcaraz, who has just climbed to number two in the ATP rankings, has been drawn to face Italian Giulio Zeppieri in the first round.
Alcaraz has been tipped to win the French Open, which he enters on the back of his triumph at the Italian Open, while he is also the defending champion.
The Spaniard beat Sinner 7-6(7-5), 6-1 in Rome, in what was the Italian’s first tournament back after his three-month suspension.

Pat Cash names the biggest threat to Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz
And while former professional Pat Cash is backing the duo as heavy favourites in Paris, he has singled out British number one Jack Draper.
He said of Alcaraz and Sinner on BBC 5 Live Sport: “They are head and shoulders above the other players I think.

“The only player that can really catch them I think is Jack Draper. I think he’s got the class to do that over the next few years.
“Novak [Djokovic] is on his way out, but you know, these two are going to be holding the torch for a long time.”

While Djokovic certainly isn’t the player he used to be, he is likely to still be a real threat at the French Open.
The veteran has won the tournament on three occasions, and has just emerged victorious at the Geneva Open.

He skipped the Italian Open earlier this month, with Draper having fallen to Alcaraz at the quarter-final stage.
The Briton is a three-time ATP Tour champion, and has recently risen to number five in the world rankings, representing a career-high.
Asked if he sees Draper as the biggest threat to the current top two players in the world, Cash said: “To those two yeah.
“I loved watching Draper beat Rune at Indian Wells. It just showed the difference in competitiveness. Draper knows how to win, and he’s a great competitor.
“He’s got a monstrous left-handed serve, big forehand, great backhand. His forehand needs a bit of work, it’s a bit short at times. He can move. He can move really, really well.
“He’s got the X-Factor where, you know, I just don’t… [Alexander] Zverev yeah, he might do well on the clay, because he can just get a lot of balls back, and that sort of stuff.

“Will he win a slam? I don’t know. I mean, he’s come close, let’s face it, he’s come very, very close, and he’ll be a danger at French Open for sure.
“But I’m just talking about in general, maybe not so much at the French Open. But I think Draper is really the only guy that I see that is going to trouble them, and he’s getting better.”
