Carlos Alcaraz and Iga Swiatek will be on top of the world at this moment in time following their recent success.
The pair emerged victorious at the French Open, with the former winning the men’s title and the latter winning the women’s.
The duo endured different tournaments in the French capital, with the Pole storming her way to the trophy with relative ease, apart from a nervy second-round clash with Naomi Osaka.
The Spaniard, however, was tested time and again on the clay, having come through several lengthy battles.
He defeated Alexander Zverev in five sets in the final clash, a day after Swiatek defeated Jasmine Paolini in straight sets.

The messages of support have been flying in for both victors, with Novak Djokovic congratulating Swiatek and Rafael Nadal congratulating Alcaraz.
Lifting the iconic trophy would have been the main motivation behind the victories, but there was, of course, huge prize money awaiting both.
Both players earned the significant fee of $2.6million (£2.04million) for their wins, with their total earnings for the year now coming to light.
As per Sportico, Swiatek tops the list with $6.68million in prize money for the year so far, with Alcarez in fourth with $4.52million.
Can Iga Swiatek continue in pole position?
The WTA world number one has enjoyed a stunning year on the court, having just won her fourth French Open title and fifth major overall.
She has been the dominant player in women’s tennis for some time now, and importantly doesn’t look like slowing down.
A final-year top spot ranking in terms of earnings looks likely to go her way, with Sportico noting that no woman has been the highest-paid player in a single season since 2003.
Women’s star Kim Clijsters out-earned men’s ace Roger Federer back then, with the former landing $4.47million in earnings, ahead of the latter’s $4million.
New men’s world number one Jannik Sinner finds himself second on this year’s list with $5.16million, followed in third by Zverev’s $4.63million.
And completing the top five in 2024 so far is Aryna Sabalenka, who has earned prize money of $3.71million.
