Danielle Collins wishes the WTA Tour would make a change to the tour that would make her very happy.
The American is set to be on the circuit for at least one more year after reversing her decision to retire at the end of 2024.
Collins vowed to play professional tennis in 2025 and will have another opportunity to add to her list of titles and achievements.
The 30-year-old is one of the most outspoken players in tennis and has now voiced how she feels about team events in the sport.

What change would Danielle Collins like to see on the WTA Tour?
Danielle Collins played college tennis before she turned professional.
She enjoyed being on college teams such as the Florida Gators and Virginia Cavaliers, and she feels the same way as a pro player on the WTA Tour.
The World number 11 enjoys being surrounded by teammates and playing for other than just herself and during a conversation with the New York Time via The Athletic, she longed for more team events on the tour.
“I wish we had the team tournaments more often, it’s just a totally different energy,” the 2022 Australian Open runner-up said.
“From being on the team with the girls and competing to the little gifts that you prepare and all the festive stuff that you try to do. It’s really like a holiday in a lot of ways.”

Is Danielle Collins playing at the Billie Jean King Cup finals?
