Carlos Alcaraz simply blew everyone away at Wimbledon, with the Spaniard successfully defending his crown.

Tests against the likes of Daniil Medvedev, Frances Tiafoe and Tommy Paul all arrived for the 21-year-old at SW19.

But he passed all of them, setting up a final clash with Novak Djokovic, in what was a rematch of the 2023 final.

And just like last year, it was Alcaraz who emerged victorious, defeating the seven-time champion in straight sets.

It represents his fourth Grand Slam title, with his other successes arriving at the 2022 US Open and the French Open last month.

Carlos Alcaraz shares what tattoo he will get after winning Wimbledon

Alcaraz revealed after the Paris title that he would celebrate by getting a tattoo of the Eiffel Tower, along with the date of his success.

And the Spaniard has now shared an update on that process, along with his plans for another tattoo after winning Wimbledon for a second time.

“I told my parents, just to calm them, that it will just be the first one in every major,” Alcaraz told Tennis Channel.

“But this is a really big moment. Probably I am going to put the date of this one next to last year. I have to discuss with them!

“The Eiffel Tower, I didn’t do it yet, but I will for sure. This one, I have to talk with them!”

How many Grand Slams can Carlos Alcaraz win?

Unsurprisingly, the messages of congratulations have been going the way of the Spaniard following his stunning display.

Plenty of celebrities were in attendance to watch him put on a show on Centre Court, with David Beckham and Juan Martin del Potro reacting to Alcaraz on social media.

The Spaniard is certain to win many more trophies throughout his career, with the next generation of tennis now underway.

Alcaraz has levelled his head-to-head record with Djokovic, with the pair each on three wins from their six meetings.

It is, however, another rival that the Spaniard is excited to compete with in the years to come, with Alcaraz ‘really glad’ to have Jannik Sinner on the tour.

The duo did not meet at Wimbledon, but Alcaraz did beat Sinner in the French Open semi-final, with the former boasting a five-four head-to-head record over the latter.
