Novak Djokovic continues to impress on the ATP Tour, with his latest brilliance coming at the Miami Open.
Djokovic thanked Camilo Ugo Carabelli after their third round encounter, which the former won 6-1, 7-6(6-1).
The 24-time Grand Slam champion moved into the Miami Open round of 16 with the win, having beaten Rinky Hijikata in the second round.
Fourth seed Djokovic was given a bye in round one of the ATP Masters 1000 event, with 15th seed Lorenzo Musetti up next in Miami.
And it was a hugely significant victory that set up that clash on the hard courts, with the Serbian earning a 411th ATP Masters 1000 win against Carabelli.

Andy Roddick staggered after Novak Djokovic breaks ATP Masters 1000 win record
Djokovic now stands alone for such wins, overtaking fellow legend Rafael Nadal, who finished his career last year with 410.
Former world number one Andy Roddick has now done his best to react to the record, saying on his Served podcast: “To put this into perspective there are players in the Hall of Fame who have won significantly less matches than he has won just at Masters events.

“Novak could win or lose this week and I am going to next week talk about whether he won or lost this week and then it ends and then we get blown away by the macro.
“Rafa, we talked the last year and a half [of his career] about will he, won’t he, where is his game, is he getting out of the corners?

“The small things that over a 20-year span, we get caught up in the moment. It’s the beauty of sports but when you read that back I don’t know how to make that real.
“I had to work hard to win 612 normy matches. The Masters are the toughest events in the world by the way.”
Novak Djokovic moves past Rafael Nadal for ATP Masters 1000 match wins
Djokovic hasn’t exactly set the world alight in 2025, with the Serbian frustrated thus far in his efforts to win a 100th ATP Tour title.
It is now his fifth attempt in 2025, with the ATP Tour number five yet to reach a final so far this season, with an Australian Open semi-final run his best finish.

Roddick, in comparison, ended his career with a 157-70 win-loss record at such events, with five titles won compared to Djokovic’s 40.
