Novak Djokovic has been flying high at Wimbledon, with the Serbian now into yet another SW19 semi-final.
The seven-time champion has, however, had a rather straightforward route to the final four compared to his previous runs at the event.
Holger Rune represents the toughest challenge he has had so far on paper, with Djokovic beating the 15th seed in the fourth round.
Ninth seed Alex de Minaur would have been a step up, but the Australian has withdrawn from his quarter-final clash with the Serb due to injury.
The latter was certainly looking forward to taking on the former at Wimbledon, with Djokovic naming De Minaur as the fastest player on the ATP Tour.

Also recently dropping out of Wimbledon was Tommy Paul, who fell at the quarter-final stage after losing to Carlos Alcaraz.
And the American has now made a contrasting claim to Djokovic’s about the quickest player on the tour, with Paul reserving that title for Alcaraz following their clash at SW19.

“He moves unbelievably well,” Paul said in his fourth round press conference. “He is probably the quickest player and it’s very hard to get the ball by him.
“Grass suits him, he moves incredibly on the grass. It’s not easy to change direction the way he does. He stays pretty low. It’s not easy [to play against him].”

Alcaraz and Djokovic played out a five-set thriller in last year’s Wimbledon final, with a rematch now looking likely.
The Spaniard does, however, have to make it past Daniil Medvedev in his semi-final match at the All England Club.
The Russian will be on cloud nine after knocking out world number one Jannik Sinner in their quarter-final meeting on Centre Court.
But the fifth seed faces another test entirely against Alcaraz, who is doing his very best to defend his Wimbledon title.
The Spaniard has, however, praised the fifth seed ahead of their match, with Alcaraz saying that Medvedev can ‘reach every ball’.
