Day one of Roland Garros 2024 is finally here, so The Tennis Gazette brings you the full first-day schedule, how to watch and all of the key information about the French Open.

Grand Slam tennis makes its first of two annual visits to Europe this year in May and June for two weeks of elite competition. An array of big names will also descend on France looking to win the French Open at Stade Roland Garros. World No2 Aryna Sabalenka is one taking part.

Sabalenka is a two-time Grand Slam winner after taking successive Australian Open victories in 2023 and 2024. Now, the Belarusian will endeavour to go one better than she managed at the French Open in 2023. The 26-year-old lost in the semi-finals of Roland Garros last year.
