Novak Djokovic is set to make his 19th appearance in the third round of Wimbledon after defeating Dan Evans on Centre Court.
Djokovic beat Evans 6-3, 6-2, 6-0 to advance to the next stage, where he will face fellow countryman Miomir Kecmanovic.
After a near scare in his first-round clash with Alexandre Muller, the Serb enjoyed a much more comfortable victory against the Briton.
Following the match, ATP veteran Gael Monfils bumped into Djokovic in the locker room and had a message for the seven-time Wimbledon champion.

What Gael Monfils said to Novak Djokovic after he beat Dan Evans
When asked in his post-match press conference if he can do something special at the tournament this year, Djokovic said: “Absolutely.
“If I play like today, I feel I have a very good chance against anybody on the Centre Court at Wimbledon, a place where I maybe feel the most comfortable of any court.
“Rod Laver Arena and Centre Court are the two courts I have done so well on throughout my career.
I felt great physically, mentally sharp and game-wise playing as well as I can on grass.
“Hopefully, I can keep it up. I met Gael Monfils in the locker room, and he smiled at me and said good day in the office. At this age, he said, we need those types of days!
“Of course, it’s great. You want to keep on playing this way, but it can be only one day, one match and tomorrow can be a different story.
“But I am just trying to be cautious and keep it going, but aspirations and objectives are very high to go all the way.”
Novak Djokovic becomes oldest player to achieve feat since 1991
Djokovic’s third-set bagel saw him become the oldest player to claim a 6-0 set in men’s singles at Wimbledon since 1991.
At 38 days and 39 weeks old, he’s the oldest to complete the feat since Jimmy Connors did it aged 38 years and 295 weeks.
Should Djokovic go all the way at Wimbledon this year, he’ll become the oldest man in the Open Era to win a Grand Slam singles title.
He would surpass Ken Rosewall, who won his eighth and final major crown at the 1972 Australian Open, aged 37 years, one month, and 24 days.
