Matteo Berrettini spotted working with Thomas Enqvist
Berrettini’s coaching team for the 2025 season consisted of his fellow Italians, Alessandro Bega and Umberto Rianna.

During a training session with Jannik Sinner in Dubai, Berrettini was also spotted on court with former world number four Thomas Enqvist.
Enqvist reached the Australian Open final in 1999, and was vice-captain of Team Europe at the Laver Cup for seven years, including two editions where Berrettini was playing.
This is not the first time that Berrettini has been linked with Enqvist, and it will be interesting to see if the Swede becomes more of a permanent fixture in his coaching team this time around.
