What are the Laver Cup rules?

Team Europe and Team World will play 12 matches across the three days (nine singles and three doubles).

Every match is best of three sets with ad scoring, but the third set is a 10-point tiebreaker. The captains will decide who plays each match on the evening before the session.

Each player must compete in a singles match on Friday or Saturday, and no player can play singles three times. At least four players must play doubles, and no doubles combination can be played more than once.

The matches are worth one point on Friday, two points on Saturday, and three points on Sunday. The first team to 13 points wins the event.

If the scores are tied at 12-12 after all 12 matches have been played, the two teams will play a doubles match to decide the champion.
