Emma Raducanu has turned her immediate focus to the French Open, where she gets underway against Wang Xinyu.
Raducanu begins in the first round of the 2025 French Open on Monday, having just played a WTA 500 event in Strasbourg.
Former British number one Raducanu won her opener against sixth seed Daria Kasatkina, clinching a 6-1, 6-3 victory.
But the 22-year-old Briton then fell to Danielle Collins in the round of 16, with the American triumphing 4-6, 6-1, 6-3.
Raducanu is unseeded at the French Open, with her 2021 US Open win representing her only WTA Tour title to date.

Laura Robson shares verdict on Mark Petchey being Emma Raducanu’s coach
And along with rating her chances of success at Roland Garros, former player Laura Robson has discussed Raducanu’s coaching situation ahead of the Grand Slam.
Robson wrote for Sky Sports: “I think Emma’s got a good chance against anyone. She’s playing great at the moment, has a lot of belief in what she’s doing on the court and has some trust in who she’s with at the moment, in Petch [Mark Petchey] and Jane [O’Donoghue].
“So, I can see things going well for her over the next few months. Petchey’s got his own responsibilities with the Tennis Channel and other broadcasting that he’s committed to.
“I really like Petch. I’ve worked with him when we’re commentating the world feed in Australia. When I first started, it was great to be in the booth with someone like him because he’s so analytical and super engaged on technique and the minor things that can change during a match.
“That’s something that I know she really enjoys as well, so they’ve got so much in common and what they love about the game is really similar.”

Emma Raducanu’s Grand Slam history ahead of the French Open
Raducanu is certainly looking good on the courts ahead of the French Open, the second Grand Slam of 2025.
She has found form at the right time, having reached the last 16 of the Italian Open before taking on Strasbourg.
In Rome, she fell to eventual runner-up Coco Gauff, having picked up impressive wins against the likes of Veronika Kudermetova and Jil Teichmann.
But the French Open represents another challenge entirely, with the Briton entering the tournament sitting 49th in the world rankings.
The 22-year-old, who once reached number 10 in the world, has of course already clinched Grand Slam success.
But she has made just one appearance at Roland Garros over the years, falling at the second round in 2022.
