When it comes to Wimbledon, few have done it better than Novak Djokovic.
With seven titles to his name, Roger Federer is the only player in history to have gotten his hands on the men’s singles prize more than the Serbian legend.
Djokovic had been in six straight finals at the All England Club before losing in the semifinal against Jannik Sinner last week.
Without a major win since 2023 at the US Open, it now remains to be seen whether or not he can add to his tally of Grand Slam crowns before the 38-year-old calls time on his career.

Jimmy Connors makes Novak Djokovic claim
Connors has recorded the latest episode of the Advantage Connors podcast after Wimbledon and a number of topics were discussed.
One of the pressing items was whether or not Djokovic will go on and win a 25th Grand Slam title before the curtain comes down on his glittering career.
Connors isn’t prepared to rule him out of contention just yet.
He said: “I am not going to count him out yet. The bad thing about that is that if he does not get his ranking in the top four, he is going to play them early, he is going to play three tough matches in a row and Sinner and Alcaraz back-to-back. That is a hard thing for him. Well for anybody! But certainly someone at 37 or 38 years old.
“But I am not counting him out yet. When you have got guts, you have got guts. And sometimes those guts are going to come out.
“And listen, there is nothing better than sticking it where it should be stuck.
“I got a feeling that as much as he would have liked to have won Wimbledon, that result in the semi, he didn’t like that. Losing three straight sets like that. He is not used to that, that’s not him, that’s not his game.
“So believe me, the guy can come up with something up his sleeve for the US Open, which might just surprise a lot of people and you know what, I would love to see it.
US Open might provide best opportunity for Djokovic
The US swing gets underway next week when the game’s top players head to Washington to start preparations for the US Open.
With players pretty fatigued at this stage of the year, Djokovic might decide not to play much tennis until Flushing Meadows in an attempt to be as fresh as possible.
With his ranking as it is right now, it might prove hard for him to beat both Carlos Alcaraz and Sinner at one event, but he has beaten the former in a Grand Slam already this season at the Australian Open.
Djokovic likely needs a bit of luck along the way, but in the grand scheme of things, the final major of the year might just give the world number six his best chance of winning another major.
