Jelena Ostapenko has just secured a stunning victory at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix, beating Aryna Sabalenka in the final.

Sabalenka loved praise from Iga Swiatek ahead of the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix final, with Ostapenko having beaten the Pole before taking on the Belarusian.

World number one Sabalenka admitted poor second serve stats in her semi-final, but she still managed to overcome Jasmine Paolini.

But Ostapenko produced a phenomenal display to upset top seed Sabalenka in the final in Stuttgart, winning 6-4, 6-1.

The Latvian, currently ranked 24th in the world, now has nine WTA titles to her name, clinching her latest in under one hour and 30 minutes.
