For the second year in a row, Jannik Sinner won the ATP Finals without dropping a set.
Sinner defeated Carlos Alcaraz in the final to secure back-to-back year-end trophies, capping off his remarkable 2025 campaign with a win over his rival.
The Italian had fallen to the Spaniard in four of their previous five matchups this season, losing to him in finals at the Italian Open, Roland Garros, the Cincinnati Open, and the US Open.

This time around, Sinner got the better of Alcaraz, triumphing in straight sets, 7-6, 7-5 in front of a home crowd in Turin.
However, the world number two admitted after the match that he was helped by a stroke of luck.
Jannik Sinner reflects on winning the ATP Finals in Turin
When asked in his post-match press conference which moments made the difference in the match, Sinner replied: “We both started off missing because we know each other, what we have to do.
“When you play a final against a very, very tough opponent, you tend to miss a bit more. It’s normal. But we both had our tactics clear in our mind, I felt like.
Is another Carlos Alcaraz vs Jannik Sinner final good for men’s tennis?
“The second set, maybe the level was a bit higher because of a bit more rallies, a bit more difficult to get through Carlos.
“But the key moments, they’re always there, you know? 30-All at times. Other moments are also 2-1 in the first set. If he breaks there, the match could lead very fast in the other way.
“It’s also a part of perspective on how you see the match. I felt like small, small details made the difference.
“I was lucky when I broke him back with the shanked return. I also have to say that. At the end of the set, I felt like we both were playing great tennis from the back of the court. The small margins are very, very small.”
