Alex de Minaur has just been confirmed for the 2026 Laver Cup, which returns to The O2 in London in September.
De Minaur just won the Rotterdam Open for his 11th career title on the ATP Tour, and his first of the 2026 season.
New world number six De Minaur will soon turn his focus to Acapulco, with his sights set on Laver Cup success further down the line.
The Australian is the latest name confirmed for the tournament, in which Team Europe are pitted against Team World.

Alex de Minaur and Alexander Zverev join 2026 Laver Cup lineup
De Minaur is joined in the confirmation by his ATP rival Alexander Zverev, who is also playing in Acapulco later this month.
Zverev will play for Team Europe at the Laver Cup, while De Minaur will represent Team World.
World number one Carlos Alcaraz has already been confirmed to play at the event, representing Team Europe.
And completing the first four names confirmed is Taylor Fritz, who will play for Team World in London.

The city hosted the 2022 edition of the Laver Cup, at which tennis legend Roger Federer played the last match of his career.
His fierce rivals Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray were also members of Team Europe that year.
Team Europe vs Team World record at the Laver Cup
The 2025 Laver Cup played host to a major change to the long-standing competition, which Federer helped establish.
Bjorn Borg and John McEnroe had captained Team Europe and Team World respectively from its inception in 2017.
But in San Francisco last year, Borg was replaced by Yannick Noah, and McEnroe was replaced by Andre Agassi.
Led by Borg, Team Europe won the first four editions of the Laver Cup, but Team World have won three of the last four.
They are the defending champions after a debut win for Agassi, but Noah and his side now have home advantage in London this year.
Agassi has Patrick Rafter as his vice-captain, while Noah has assistance from Tim Henman.
Both teams include six players each, with the tournament played over three days.
