The quarter-finals action concludes in New York today as we complete the full line-up for the 2024 US Open semi-finals.
Tuesday’s action was a day to remember for the American stars as all three advanced to the last four at Flushing Meadows.
Emma Navarro comprehensively beat Paula Badosa to reach the semi-finals of a Grand Slam for the first time in her career.
Aryna Sabalenka joins Navarro in the semi-finals after her straight-sets victory against Quinwen Zheng.
On the men’s side, Taylor Fritz and Frances Tiaofe both won to set up an all-American clash in the last four, meaning that there will be at least one home nation representative in the final.
It’s the first time there has been an all-American semi-final in a men’s grand slam since 2005 and strengthens the possibility of there being the first home Grand Slam winner since Andy Roddick 21 years ago.

Key storylines to follow on day 10 of the 2024 US Open
Both world number ones are in action today in what promises to be a thrilling day of tennis.
Opening up at the Arthur Ashe Stadium is Beatriz Haddad Maia, who will go up against Karolina Muchova.
This is only the second time Haddad Maia has reached the quarter-finals of a Major but she will face stern opposition, with Muchova yet to drop a set at the US Open this year.
Following on from that is a tantalizing clash between Jack Draper and Alex De Minaur.
Draper became the first British star to reach the last eight since Andy Murray in 2016 and is yet to drop a set in this tournament.
However, De Minaur has a superior record in previous meetings between the two. The Australian has won all three of their previous contests.
Later in the evening, Iga Swiatek takes to the stage against Jessica Pegula in a rematch of the 2022 quarter-final at Flushing Meadows.
Pegula faces a huge hurdle to overcome to become the fourth American to reach the semi-finals at this year’s tournament, with Swiatek yet to drop a set so far.
The 30-year-old has also lost all six of her previous quarter-final ties and has struggled against the Polish star in the past but given Pegula is in some of her best form right now, anything can happen.
Closing the day out is the mouthwatering tie between Jannik Sinner and Daniil Medvedev.
This is easily Sinner’s toughest game so far and he will have to be on his best form to overcome the 2021 US Open winner.
Medvedev has struggled for form this year and is yet to win a title this calendar year. But, after coming into the tournament off the back of a three-match losing streak, the Russian has gotten better and better with each passing round.
