Jannik Sinner has enjoyed another incredible season on tour, adding three more titles to his name, including two Grand Slams.
After defending his Australian Open crown in January, Sinner won a maiden Wimbledon championship, becoming the first Italian in history to emerge victorious in singles at the All England Club.
Recently, the world number two added more silverware to his trophy cabinet by clinching the China Open title, and now has his sights set on the penultimate ATP Masters 1000 event of the season in Shanghai.
As Sinner approaches the end of his 2025 campaign, he continues to close in on one of Novak Djokovic‘s all-time records, which he could break by the end of the year.

Since he returned from his three-month suspension in May, just one player has managed to beat Sinner on hard court at tour-level events.
While Alexander Bublik managed to become the second man to claim a victory over the 24-year-old this season on the grass courts of Halle, only Carlos Alcaraz has managed to best him on his preferred surface.
Sinner has reached the championship match of every hard-court competition he has entered since the 2024 Cincinnati Open, tallying nine consecutive finals on the concrete.
His total ranks joint-third all-time, matching Ivan Lendl’s best streak, and trailing only Andre Agassi, and the outright leaders, Roger Federer and Djokovic, who both managed 13 in a row.

Following his Cincinnati triumph last year, Sinner won the US Open, made the finals in Beijing, and secured titles in Shanghai and at the ATP Finals.
After advancing to the finals in Melbourne, Cincinnati, New York and Beijing this year, he is now four removed from the sums of Djokovic and Federer, and could match them before the end of the season.

Sinner’s next opportunity to reach a hard-court final comes at the Shanghai Masters, where he is the defending champion.
After the conclusion of the Asian swing, the tour will return to Europe for the indoor season, where nine tournaments are up for grabs.
In October, three ATP 250 events get underway in Almaty, Brussels and Stockholm, as well as two ATP 500s and the final Masters 1000 competition in Paris.
In November, Sinner can enter draws in Athens and Metz, before competing in the year-end ATP Finals, which he has already qualified for.
