Roger Federer continues to enjoy life in retirement, which has recently taken him to the Australian Open and the Super Bowl.

Federer loved his return to the Australian Open this year, where he took part in an exhibition before the main action got underway in Melbourne.

And after impressing fans with his level on the court, ATP legend Federer made the trip to the United States for Super Bowl LX.

Federer is constantly in the greatest-ever discussion, along with his fellow legends Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic.

It is a debate that will likely continue for some time, but one certainty is that his efforts on the court were simply world-class.

Such efforts also mean he is one of the most popular personalities ever, not just in tennis but in sports in general.

And despite retiring back in 2022, Federer has just proven his insane popularity ahead of his induction into the International Tennis Hall of Fame.

Tickets for his August celebration in Newport, Rhode Island, recently went on sale, but sold out in just two minutes.

There was unprecedented demand for his upcoming induction, where he will be joined by journalist Mary Carillo.

As part of his induction celebrations later this year, Federer will play a doubles match in the Hall of Fame Celebrity Pro Classic.

As quoted by the Hall of Fame website last year, he shared his delight at the honor, saying: “It’s a tremendous honor to be inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame and to stand alongside so many of the game’s great champions.

“Throughout my career, I’ve always valued the history of tennis and the example set by those who came before me.

“It was very special to receive the news at Swiss Tennis, surrounded by the next generation of players – the place where my own journey first began.

“To be recognized in this way by the sport and by my peers is deeply humbling. I look forward to visiting Newport next August to celebrate this special moment with the tennis community.”

It will be a special moment for the Swiss legend, who always took to the court with grace and elegance, along with his iconic style.
