His father began working as part of a construction crew that built the Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC) in College Park, Maryland.
Once the facility had been built, Tiafoe’s father was hired to work in the centre and was given a spare office, where Tiafoe lived with his father and brother for over a decade.
