Jannik Sinner continues to dominate in Paris, reaching the quarterfinals without dropping a set.
The ATP Tour number one has won his opening four matches in straight sets, dropping just 30 games.
His third-round win was his most impressive, as Sinner defeated Jiri Lehecka, 6-0, 6-1, 6-2, in one hour and 35 minutes.

The Italian’s fourth-round opponent offered up more of a fight but also failed in his bid to win a set, when Sinner knocked out Andrey Rublev, 6-1, 6-3, 6-4.
Sinner will now take on history maker Alexander Bublik in his next match, who became the first Kazakh man to qualify for a Major quarterfinal with his win over Jack Draper.
Speaking after his fourth-round win, Sinner shared what he noticed during Bublik’s win over Draper on Monday.
Jannik Sinner noticed Alexander Bublik’s ‘incredible feel’ during his win over Jack Draper
During a post-match interview, Sinner was asked what challenges he’s expecting Bublik to provide him in their quarterfinal clash.
“Tough. Every player who is in the quarterfinals deserves to be there. It means that he is [playing well],” he said.
“I saw his match against Jack [Draper] today, actually, it was a great match. He is serving well and playing well. He is changing up the game very well.
“He has incredible feel with the balls.
“Let’s see what is coming. I will try to play some consistent tennis and good tennis, and we will see how it goes.”
Bublik’s serve was solid against Draper, although it was another shot which stood out.
| Player | Aces | Double faults | 1st Serve % | Win % on 1st serve | Win % on second serve | Service points won |
| Alexander Bublik | 8 | 7 | 60% | 81% | 51% | 85 |
| Jack Draper | 12 | 4 | 69% | 71% | 48% | 66 |
The 27-year-old deployed the drop-shot to great effect against Draper, punishing the Brit for standing too far back on several occasions.

Sinner will have to be wary of the drop shot when he takes on Bublik, but will surely be confident of coming away with the win, as he now explains what he’s been happiest with so far in Paris.
“I guess how I am staying on the court with the right attitude. Playing every point and not giving anything,” he said.

“I am just trying to run and play every ball with a good intensity. I think that’s why I am the most proud.”

The pair are, however, yet to face off on the clay, with Wednesday’s quarterfinal match set to be their first on the red dirt.
Sinner will likely enter the match as the favorite, looking to improve his record in Grand Slam quarterfinals.
