Tim Henman has given the names of the two players he thinks have performed the best at the ATP Finals so far.

Aside from Novak Djokovic who pulled out of the event due to injury, the world’s top eight players are in Turin battling it out to lift the prestigious season-ending championship trophy.

There have been some impressive performances and the competition for the four semi-final places is fierce.

With the final set of round robin watches now underway, commentator Tim Henman selected the two players he believes stand out above this rest so far this week.

Certain players have wasted no time making their mark at the 2024 ATP Finals.

For example, the ATP Tour’s top two, Jannik Sinner and Alexander Zverev, each won their first two matches of the round robin stage.

They have both looked solid on serve and incredibly confident with higher groundstrokes, and Sinner has an added average of playing on home soil.

These are some of the reasons why Henman named Sinner and Zverev as the two most impressive players he has watched at the 2024 ATP Finals.

“It’s right up there again. He was faultless with his serving. I would probably give him a nine again. He is yet to drop serve,” Henman said regarding Zverev on Sky Sports before mentioning Sinner.

“I think he has only been taken to deuce once on his serve. Him and Sinner have, perhaps, been the two most impressive players so far.”

As Sinner and Zverev are the top two seeded players at the ATP Finals, they cannot meet until Sunday’s final.

Not only have both players won each of their first two round robin matches, but they have yet to drop serve.

Both players entered the ATP Finals in top form, with Sinner having won the Shanghai Masters and Zverev winning the Paris Masters.

Now they aim to end their respective seasons with a title in Turin, a trophy Sinner has yet to win while Zverev wants to win the championship for a third time.
