Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray have officially ended their coaching partnership, shortly before the French Open.
Djokovic is playing an ATP 250 event in Geneva ahead of the French Open, a Grand Slam he has won on three occasions.
But his last success at Roland Garros arrived in 2023, with his most recent Grand Slam title coming at the US Open later that year.
Serbian legend Djokovic also won the Australian Open in 2023, with the three titles among his 24 Grand Slam successes overall.
Djokovic opted to skip the Italian Open this time around, a decision taken after he lost his opening matches at the Monte Carlo Masters and the Madrid Open.

Novak Djokovic messages Andy Murray as coaching partnership ends
And the veteran has now made another major decision ahead of the French Open, choosing to part ways with his coach Murray.
Djokovic announced the hiring of his former rival in late 2024, with the pair beginning their work together at the 2025 Australian Open.
But that partnership has now been brought to an end, with the Serbian sending a message to the Scot after their six-month stint together.
“Thank you, coach Andy, for all the hard work, fun & support over last six months on & off the court,” he wrote on X. “I really enjoyed deepening our friendship together.”
How did Novak Djokovic perform under Andy Murray?
Djokovic enjoyed a superb start under the guidance of Murray, with the former reaching the semi-finals of the Australian Open.
He was, however, forced to retire hurt during his meeting with Alexander Zverev, who went on to lose the final to Jannik Sinner.

The 37-year-old has since struggled to hit the heights many have expected of him, with an elusive 100th ATP title still yet to be secured.
Djokovic came closest at the Miami Open in March, where the Serbian was beaten in the final by Jakub Mensik.
He currently has a 12-7 win-loss record for the 2025 season so far, and occupies sixth place in the world rankings.
It remains to be seen what action he will now take in terms of a new coach, with the same to be said of Murray’s next career move.
