Novak Djokovic has seen many players with some stunning backhands across his glorious career.
Djokovic is a 24-time Grand Slam champion and has won a total of 100 ATP titles during his glittering career.
However, Djokovic hasn’t won a Grand Slam since the US Open in 2023, and Yannick Noah has suggested whether he will win another one.
Djokovic has recently been told he doesn’t run enough, and ahead of next season, that might be something for him to work on.
Now, with the season almost over for Djokovic, the legendary figure has named the player who he believes has the best backhand of all time.

Novak Djokovic builds his perfect player and names who he thinks has the best backhand of all time
Djokovic is going to face Taylor Fritz in the third and fourth-place playoff at the Six Kings Slam, with all roads likely to now lead to the ATP Finals in Turin.
There is $6 million on offer for the winner of the exhibition event in Saudi Arabia, and it won’t be Djokovic who is now landing that bounty.
Before his semifinal clash, Djokovic announced he wasn’t retiring any time soon and that means he will be on the quest for another Grand Slam title next year too.
Every player has performed their media duties as ever in Saudi Arabia and Djokovic was asked to build a perfect player before his latest match.
Djokovic named the other two members of the big three in at least one of the categories.
There were a couple of intriguing picks, with the picks proving easier for other players who could largely make the player up using the big three.
The best backhand picked by Djokovic was that of Andre Agassi, who managed to win eight Grand Slam titles across his career.
Agassi claims that he once gave Djokovic some advice and clearly, the Serbian feels that the American was a big influence on him.
Agassi was a great character during his pomp on the tennis court and behind his colourful outfits and extravagant hairstyles there was a world-class tennis player with a sublime backhand.

Who Agassi felt had the best backhand and why his own was so good
Intriguingly, Agassi did have a reputation for a strong backhand, and an interview in the past suggests he knew it!
He claimed there was no way he could pick any other player’s backhand as being better than his, backing his all the way.
Speaking on his own backhand in 2024, he told Tennis World: “I never hesitated. I would take my backhand because when the ball was on the racket, I knew exactly where I would send it.
“I’d always choose mine. This show has paid me back in a very important way during my career.”
Jannik Sinner picked Djokovic’s backhand as the best ever, and if you quizzed one hundred people, it’s likely that the outcome on who has the best backhand would be split straight down the middle.
