Serena Williams and Venus Williams won 30 combined Grand Slam singles titles, but they also enjoyed success in doubles.
Between 1999 and 2016, Serena Williams and Venus Williams qualified for 14 Grand Slam doubles finals, winning all 14.
Winning the Australian Open four times, the French Open twice, Wimbledon six times, and the US Open twice, the Williams sisters proved to be one of the greatest doubles pairings of all time.

Over the years, both players ventured into mixed doubles, winning two major titles each, as they partnered with several big names on the ATP Tour.
One star who partnered both Serena and Venus was Nick Kyrgios, who now reveals which of the sisters was more fun to play alongside.
Nick Kyrgios had more ‘fun’ playing mixed doubles with Venus Williams than Serena Williams
During the latest edition of ‘Wimbledon Unfiltered with Nick Kyrgios’, the Aussie star reflected on his time playing doubles with Serena Williams.
“I’ve said this before, I actually think playing with Serena [Williams] was hard, because she’s very dominant on the court,” said Kyrgios.
“Usually in mixed doubles, the male does the crosses or serves first. She’s serving first, I didn’t want to step on her toes.”
Kyrgios and Serena Williams played together at the International Premier League Tennis exhibition event in 2014, losing 3-6 to Kirsten Flipkens and Daniel Nestor.
He had a much better time of things with the older of the two sisters, however, when they teamed up at Wimbledon four years ago.
“I really enjoyed playing with Venus [Williams]. Venus was awesome, a little bit more, we had more fun out there,” said Kyrgios.
“I’ve played with some amazing players.”
Kyrgios and Williams won their opening match at Wimbledon in 2021, defeating Austin Krajicek and Sabrina Santamaria in three sets.
After the match, Kyrgios was full of praise for his American partner, labelling her a ‘legend’.
“She’s iconic to the sport, she’s an absolute legend, she’ll go down as one of the greatest players ever to pick up a racket when it’s all said and done,” he said.
Withdrawing before their second-round match, Kyrgios and Williams’ 100% record remains intact to this day.
Nick Kyrgios ‘really wants to do well’ in the new US Open mixed doubles event
Kyrgios is scheduled to return to mixed doubles action at the US Open in August for the revamped tournament.
Competing alongside Naomi Osaka, the field is set to feature nine top-ten players from both the men’s and women’s tours.

Looking ahead to the tournament, Kyrgios couldn’t resist a comment about Carlos Alcaraz and Emma Raducanu.
“I’m keen for this US Open mixed doubles thing with Naomi Osaka,” he said.
“I really want to do well there, but look at these young pairings, [Emma] Raducanu and [Carlos] Alcaraz, the power of love.”
Kyrgios claimed there was something going on between Raducanu and Alcaraz recently, adding to the rampant online speculation.

“Her and [Carlos] Alcaraz, I think there is a little bit going on there. I don’t know,” he said.
Raducanu and Alcaraz have both won the US Open before, with the Brit taking home her first Grand Slam in 2021, before the Spaniard won his in 2022.
The two former US Open champions will be looking to add another trophy to their collection in 2025 when the tournament begins in August.
