Mirra Andreeva has made the third round of the French Open for the third time in her career, after defeating Ashlyn Krueger.
Andreeva is among the favourites to win Roland Garros this year, and looks to be in good form following her second win at the tournament.
The 18-year-old has secured two consecutive straight-set victories against Cristina Bucsa and Krueger.
Both of her first two matches in Paris so far have been played early in the day, which Andreeva spoke about following the win.

Mirra Andreeva says if she would like to play in the night slot at Roland Garros
In her post-match press conference, Andreeva said: “For me it doesn’t really matter when I play. I know now probably I am not going to play a night session soon, because I still have doubles and after this I will have my doubles match.
“So for me it doesn’t really matter if they put me night session, I’m happy, if they put me first match, it has been working well so far. It doesn’t matter, whatever they decide, I am good with it.
“Honestly, I notice that most of the time I play first rounds, I play the first match at 11 at the slams, I don’t know for what reason, but probably because I have doubles later in the day, which makes sense to put me first.
“But I am not really a fan to play first, as I don’t like to wake up early, but so far it’s been working well so I don’t think I can complain about it.”
When asked if she ever requests for her matches to be played at a different time, she responded: “If I feel like I really want to play third match I can ask and they will, of course, do their best and after we just see how the schedule goes but most of the time I never ask. Whatever they do, I just play.”
Mirra Andreeva speaks on Aryna Sabalenka not getting put on Court Philippe Chatrier
Andreeva also commented on world number one Aryna Sabalenka not featuring on Court Philippe Chatrier in the second round.
The Russian said: “I cannot really say anything because I feel like I need a bit more experience to comment on these things.
“Maybe it would be great of course to put her [Sabalenka] on Philippe Chatrier but I think maybe they had a reason to put Rune on Chartier and her on Suzanne Lenglen.
“For me if I was put in that situation I would be happy to play on Suzanne Lenglen because I also find that court very nice and beautiful
“But I think if I want to comment on that I just need to play a little bit longer on the tour so I get a little bit more experience and I can really comment on these things.”
Sabalenka played her second-round match against Jil Teichmann on Court Suzanne Lenglen, while Holger Rune played Emilio Nava on Philippe Chatrier at the same time.
