The last time Novak Djokovic won the Miami Open

Djokovic’s last triumph at the Miami Open was back in 2016, when he completed a three peat at the tournament.

After emerging victorious in 2014 and 2015, Djokovic defeated Kei Nishikori in the 2016 final to complete the Sunshine Double for a record fourth time.

He did not drop a set throughout the entirety of the tournament and was only forced to one tiebreak.

Since then, Djokovic has only made three appearances at the Miami Open, the latest of which was a runner-up finish.

The six-time Miami Open champion fell to Mensik in the title bout last year.
