Jannik Sinner is building a legendary career in men’s tennis.
Still just 24 years of age, the Italian has already achieved more than most could ever dream of, and he is certainly showing no signs of slowing down.
By capturing the Italian Open title, Sinner completed the Career Golden Masters, a feat only Novak Djokovic has ever managed.

The world number one has four Grand Slam titles to his name, and is the overwhelming favourite to make it five at the upcoming French Open.
Sinner is on track to record a career akin to that of the big three, Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Djokovic, but the Rome champion refused to entertain comparisons to the trio of greats after his recent triumph.

As per Italian outlets Nove, Sinner said of his Rome victory: “We won, all together.
“I’ve been in Rome for two weeks, and they’ve been two very long weeks. The crowd helped me so much.
“In practice, it felt like we were playing a match because of how many there were each time. I’m happy to give you all this joy; it was an incredible tournament.
“The records? What Roger, Rafael, and Novak did before me, and still do today, is incredible, and I’ll never reach their level.

With Carlos Alcaraz currently sidelined due to injury, Sinner is dominating on the ATP Tour.
Sinner has not lost a match since his quarterfinal exit at the Qatar Open in February, and has won five straight tournaments, with all of them ATP Masters 1000s.
The lack of competition in his way is a luxury Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic never had during their careers.
En route to big titles, the big three would have to battle past each other, as well as the likes of Andy Murray, Stan Wawrinka and Juan Martin del Potro.
With no signs of a third star capable of challenging Alcaraz and Sinner emerging any time soon, the ‘new two’ have a great chance of matching the Grand Slam tallies of Djokovic, Federer and Nadal.
