Nick Kyrgios has continued dropping his unapologetic opinion, now predicting the future winner of the Australian Open.
Having been brought on as a pundit and co-commentator for Eurosport, already the broadcaster is seeing success, with almost everything the Australian says going viral.
Well, his latest claim is now certain to do so.

Whilst the likes of Jannik Sinner, Daniil Medvedev and even Alex de Minaur all boast fine chances of claiming silverware in Melbourne, it is an old rival whom Kyrgios leans towards.
In fact, he would take to X to detail his controversial claim, simply writing: ‘I think TsiTsipas wins the Aus Open’.
Given the hugely controversial moments the two have shared on a court, with their 2022 meeting at Wimbledon a particular flashpoint, this show of faith marks a refreshing change of pace and outlines another contender for this hotly-contested crown.
Stefanos Tsitsipas has started strongly
Although the Greek tennis player has come under criticism in the past for a mental block that has held him back on the big stage, this year could be his to conquer.
After all, already the 25-year-old has come back from a set down in the Australian Open, first defeating Zizou Bergs before overcoming immense pressure from hometown hero Jordan Thompson in the second round.
However, if he is to go deep, it is expected that his next two opponents could really test his capabilities as a champion.
Taylor Fritz will likely await him in the next round should he dispose of Luca Van Assche, with the American having been in inspired form, before Djokovic will surely loom in the quarter-finals.
A match that no player wants to play, Tsitsipas did joke that someone has to beat him to claim the tournament after his win against Thompson.
‘He’s a very selfish person,’ he joked. ‘Sharing is caring.’
Well, the Serbian superstar is not about to start giving handouts, and if the world number seven has ambitions of claiming that elusive first major honour, these are the battles he must overcome.
