Emma Raducanu is making her return to tennis at the Strasbourg Open.
Raducanu took a late entry into the Strasbourg Open after recently withdrawing from tournaments in Miami, Linz, Madrid and Rome, with her last match taking place at Indian Wells over two months ago.
The Briton has been struggling with a viral illness that she first suffered back in February, but Raducanu is now looking to get some clay court matches in ahead of the French Open.
Raducanu will also be reunited with Andrew Richardson, who helped her win the US Open in 2021, but she could face a Grand Slam champion in just her second round match in Strasbourg.

Emma Raducanu could play Madison Keys at the Strasbourg Open
Raducanu will play French wildcard Diane Parry in her first round match at the Strasbourg Open.
This will be a second-time meeting between the two players, with Raducanu beating Parry when they played on indoor clay in France in Great Britain’s Billie Jean King Cup Qualifier tie two years ago.
If Raducanu is able to beat Parry again, then she will play either Cristina Bucsa or 2025 Australian Open champion Madison Keys.
This would be the first time that she has ever played Keys, while Raducanu has won two of her three previous meetings against Bucsa.
Some of the other potential threats in Raducanu’s half of the draw include American teenager Iva Jovic and second seed Ekaterina Alexandrova.

What happened to Emma Raducanu at the Strasbourg Open last year?
This is the second time that Raducanu has played at the Strasbourg Open, after taking a wildcard into the tournament last year.
Raducanu beat sixth seed and former French Open semifinalist Daria Kasatkina in her first round match, but her run was cut short in the second round.
Danielle Collins beat Raducanu after coming from a set down, meaning that the Brit only has 60 points to defend at the WTA 500 tournament.
Regardless of how well Raducanu does in Strasbourg, she will not be seeded for the French Open this year.
Will Emma Raducanu ever win another Grand Slam title?
Raducanu will drop outside the top 32 places after the Italian Open, which is the cut-off for seeding at the French Open.
She will hope to return to both form and fitness in Strasbourg, where the main draw begins on Sunday, May 17.
