Carlos Alcaraz has been previewing his 2024 season after a disappointing Australian Open showing last month.
The Spaniard was dumped out at the quarter-final stages by Alexander Zverev, but remains hopeful that such a result was merely a bump in the road.
After all, he has already enjoyed such wild success for someone so young, and he has now set his sights on the tournament which he would love to win above all else.

Which tournament would Carlos Alcaraz prefer to win?
Having already tasted major success at both the US Open and Wimbledon, naturally there was an expectation that he would focus on claiming one of the two other Grand Slams that he has yet to secure.
After all, there is a chance he could truly etch his name in history, should get achieve a career slam in the coming years.
However, of all the tournaments in the offing this season, there is one that stands out due to its rarity: the Olympics.
Set to be hosted in Paris this year, Alcaraz would give his views on the possibility of claiming Olympic Gold for his country at the upcoming games: ‘I am a boy who dreams big, I am very ambitious and I target the best in the world and the best in history.
‘That’s what motivates me to give my 100% day to day and to go to the tournaments to be able to win them.’
Then, when asked what he would prefer to win, the Spaniard replied: ‘I would say the Olympic title. For me, it is a dream to bring a medal to my country, to Spain, and winning gold is one of the greatest things that can happen to you in the world of sport in general.
‘This year, if you gave me a choice, I would say that I will keep the Olympic gold… although I would like to win both, I’m not going to lie to you either’
Stiff Olympic competition as Djokovic craves history
Whilst this lofty goal is a hugely attainable one for a player of his quality, Alcaraz will certainly face stiff competition to claim that elusive Gold Medal.
Not least from Novak Djokovic, who will likely see these games as his final chance to secure one of the few titles that have eluded him throughout a sparkling career.
In the last couple of years, the Serbian and Alcaraz have put on some historic showings to treat tennis fans across the globe.
However, with the 20-year-old star clearly so incensed about adding this to his trophy cabinet, and Djokovic desperate to earn success in his Olympics last dance, perhaps their potential meeting in Paris this summer could be the pick of the bunch.
