Fils has enjoyed a fantastic season on the ATP Tour reaching a career-high of 20th in the world after winning a number of big titles.
Fils won the Hamburg Open against Alexander Zverev earlier this year, before taking down Ugo Humbert to win the title in Tokyo earlier this month.

The 20-year-old is one of the top prospects in men’s tennis and is looking to win a third ATP 500 title of the year at the Basel Open.
However, his 7-6, 6-3 victory over Tsitsipas in the quarter-finals may have given the Frenchman an even more impressive prize than the Basel trophy.

Fils’ impressive string of ATP 500 results, winning the Hamburg and Tokyo Open, in addition to a strong week in Basel, has secured him a $615,000 prize.
Hidden deep in the ATP circuit regulations, the player who scores the most points at ATP 500 level will receive the big bonus.
Jannik Sinner, the player who is now confirmed to have scored the second most points this season, is set to take home $310,000.
After winning match point, Fils can be seen making a money gesture to his team, as he recognized that he had just secured himself over half a million dollars in bonuses.
The Frenchman who has reportedly earned just under $3,000,000 in his career to date, will certainly be celebrating with his big win in Basel.
Is Arthur Fils the best youngster on the ATP Tour?
At just 20 years of age, Fils is undoubtedly one of the top youngsters on the ATP Tour.
The likes of Carlos Alcaraz and Holger Rune have the edge over Fils for now, but the 20-year-old is the youngest of the trio and is certainly heading the next group of tennis stars.
