Andy Roddick was not happy with a comment made about Mirra Andreeva during the Indian Wells final.

Andreeva defeated the World number one 2-6, 6-4, 6-3 to win the biggest title of her career so far.

Andy Roddick unhappy with comments made about Mirra Andreeva during Indian Wells final
Andreeva started the Indian Wells final slowly as Sabalena claimed the opening set 6-2.
The teenager at times showed signs of frustration by hitting a ball into the crowd, as she tried to find ways to turn the match in her favour.
This was picked up by commentators who Roddick claimed said Andreeva cannot react in a certain way if she wanted to beat Sabalenka.
This infuriated Roddick, who responded on his ‘Served’ podcast and said: “Something that is already starting to annoy me endlessly is that Andreeva gets kind of p——- on the court.
“I like it. She fired a ball into the crowd yesterday, I thought it was hilarious. Petulance as long as you are self aware after the fact [is fine]. They were like she’s showing she’s a teenager.
“And the commentator was like if you want to beat somebody like a Sabalenka you can’t do that stuff. I was like Sabalenka does that every match. What are you talking about? It feels like there is this lazy thing. I felt like people who are 26 have gotten p—— before.
“It’s so weird. It was just like every two games and she’d miss a forehand and it was like she’s 17. She’s a professional playing a tournament.
“She has been the best player on Earth over the past three weeks. I don’t know, at a point I was like I got it, we know. We fully understand the deal.”

Mirra Andreeva cites inspiration for Indian Wells victory from a different sport
After taking a toilet break following the first set, Andreeva came back rejuvenated and completed a comeback victory with excellent defensive skills and great touch around the net.
She has shown great poise and resilience to defeat the likes of Sabalenka, Iga Swiatek and Elena Rybakina on the way to winning her last two titles.
Post-match, Andreeva, who became the the third youngest player to defeat the number one player in a WTA final from a set down, credited NBA legend LeBron James for inspiring her to victory.
“I was listening to the interview of LeBron James and he was saying that, ‘Even if you don’t play your 100%, or even if you don’t feel like you’re there 100% physically, I’m gonna choose to be 100% mentally,'” she told Tennis Channel.
“And he said that that’s what makes us champions, so I kind of tried to do the same.”
