Alexander Eala has shared an update on her fitness after suffering an injury scare at the Miami Open.
The teenager produced a magical run to the semi-finals, where she defeated three Grand Slam champions in a row.
Her fearless and exciting brand of tennis caused her opponents plenty of problems, but Eala met her match in Jessica Pegula.
Pegula beat Eala 7-6, 5-7, 6-3 and she the Filipino player still battled through to the end of the match despite suffering what appeared to be an ankle injury.

Alexandra Eala took a fall and injured her ankle during her Miami Open semi-final against Pegula.
It looked as though her chances of victory had significantly decreased, but the 19-year-old fought through the pain and took the second set, before ultimately succeeding to defeat.
Despite coming up short Eala ended her campaign with her head held high and has plenty of momentum moving forward, especially after revealing she is back to full fitness.
“I’m happy to say that I’m perfectly healthy,” Eala told Filipino outlet @News5Everywhere.
“I did have a bad fall in the second set against Pegula. I guess I am really lucky because those types of falls are really the ones that get you with the trauma.
“But I’m really lucky that I was able to play the match and that I’m able to continue training. I had to take a few days off for it to recover, but I am back on court fully normal and everything is fine.”

Where will Alexandra Eala play next?
Eala is a career-high ranking of number 73 following her exploits at the Miami Open.
As a result, she can now gain direct entry into WTA Tour tournaments, which will give the youngster more opportunity to progress and develop at the highest level.
Fans are keen to see Eala back on court after her magic in Miami, and she has outlined where they can see her in action again.
“Now it is the clay season so my next tournament is in Portugal, the week after next,” Eala added.
“Then I’m going to be in Madrid, and a couple other clay tournaments that I have to sort out before Roland Garros.”
