Alexander Bublik has become one of the more popular names in men’s tennis, never shying away from the spotlight.
Bublik has won four titles on the ATP Tour, reaching a career-high of 17th in the world.
His latest success came in 2024, as Bublik won the Open Suud de France, beating Borna Coric 5-7, 6-2, 6-3 in the final.

The Kazakh star then reached his second ATP final of the year in Dubai, as he lost to Frenchman Ugo Humbert in straight sets.
His Grand Slam results continued to disappoint, however, as Bublik won just three matches at Major level in 2024.
Tough results haven’t stopped him from dreaming big, as he has recently revealed just how much he would value a Grand Slam title.
Alexander Bublik chooses between winning a Grand Slam and $15 million
Speaking on the Nothing Major podcast, Bublik was asked whether he would rather win a maiden Grand Slam title or take home $15 million.
“Slam,” he said.
“$15 million you can make, this is the money you can make if you are a tennis player.
“You can make this money living your life.”
Bublik went on to explain why winning a Grand Slam would mean more.
“Slam is history,” he said.
“The joy of winning a slam would stay there and history would stay there.
“Nobody will remember you as the guy who chose $15 million.”

The Kazakh star was then asked which Grand Slam he would choose to win.
“Wimbledon,” he answered.
The Nothing Major hosts then admitted they weren’t surprised that he didn’t choose the French Open, to which Bublik gave a surprising response.
“Actually I like Roland Garros more than the Australian Open,” he said.
“I like everything about it.
“Roland Garros is one of my favorite slams I would say.”
Which Grand Slam is Alexander Bublik most likely to win?
Bublik has yet to reach the quarter-finals of a Grand Slam in his career to date, despite winning several titles on the ATP Tour.
Whilst Bublik has chosen Wimbledon as his preferred Major, where has he performed the best so far in his career?

The 27-year-old has enjoyed the majority of his success at SW19, reaching the third round in each of the past four seasons.
His best result came in 2023, as he reached the fourth round of a Major tournament for the first time, falling to Andrey Rublev in five sets.
As he mentioned on the Nothing Major podcast, things haven’t gone quite to plan in Melbourne for Bublik, winning just three matches at the tournament.
The world number 34 will be hoping to change that in the new year, as he heads down under looking for a career-best result.
The 2025 Australian Open is set to begin on January 12.
