Serena Williams and Venus Williams have both gone down in tennis history for their superb accomplishments, with the latter still not finished.
Venus Williams is playing an exhibition event this month, with the veteran also planning to play at the ASB Classic in early 2026.
It will represent her 33rd successive season on the WTA Tour, while her sister Serena Williams retired in 2022.
She called time on her career with 23 Grand Slam titles to her name, second only to the 24 of Margaret Court.
Venus Williams meanwhile has claimed seven such titles, while both players also really impressed in doubles in their prime.

Serena Williams versus Venus Williams career earnings
The legendary sisters also both reached number one in the WTA singles and doubles rankings, and were indeed rewarded handsomely for their stunning efforts.
Unsurprisingly, it is Serena who leads the duo when it comes to career prize money, having earned $94,816,730 before retiring.
Venus has earned a total of $42,867,364 so far, which is remarkably less than half of what her sister managed.
That figure places Venus fourth in the WTA all-time money list, with Serena occupying first place ahead of current stars Aryna Sabalenka and Iga Swiatek.
Serena Williams picked Roger Federer as the G.O.A.T.
Venus Williams has already made her 2026 Australian Open intentions clear
Venus can, of course, improve upon her tally in the 2026 WTA season, but she won’t be able to catch her sister.
Regardless, she deserves huge credit for returning to the court and continuing her career, with Venus now aged 45.
She came back to the WTA Tour in July after a 16-month break, and currently occupies 575th place in the world rankings.
Should Venus Williams be given a wildcard for the 2026 Australian Open?
She’s the oldest player to currently hold a ranking, and has issued a clear statement of intent to play at the Australian Open by committing to the ASB Classic.
Venus has accepted a wildcard for the tournament, which takes place in Auckland just before the Australian Open in Melbourne.
